Dr. Lucina Clarke, Hon. D.H.L., is an accomplished educator, advocate, nonprofit leader, author, and international speaker with a passion for empowering families of children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. She is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of My Time Inc., a Brooklyn-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting, educating, empowering, and uplifting parents and caregivers navigating the special needs journey. For more than 18 years, Dr. Clarke has worked tirelessly to create safe and supportive spaces where families feel seen, heard, and valued. Through workshops, support groups, wellness initiatives, advocacy programs, and community outreach, she has helped countless parents become stronger advocates for their children while prioritizing their own emotional wellness and self-care. Dr. Clarke holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is also the creator of the D.I.V.A.S. empowerment platform, inspiring women to discover and embrace their authentic selves through self-care, confidence, and personal growth. Her outstanding service and leadership have earned her numerous recognitions, including the 2023 New York State Senate Women of Distinction Award and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humane Letters.
